IntenCiv BioVault
Ethics before every collection

Ethical biobanking, built on real field experience.

IntenCiv BioVault is a new biobank division of IntenCiv Healthcare Services. We have spent years collecting samples and data for research biobanks across India. Now we are building our own: consented, traceable and privacy-first.

Why India

Population research needs population-specific samples

Much of the world's biomedical research draws on European and American cohorts. India's population is large and genetically diverse, with its own disease patterns, environments and lifestyles. Research that serves Indian patients needs well-governed, locally sourced samples with reliable clinical data.

Diverse population

Samples and data from patients across different regions, collected through our field network and diagnostic laboratory base.

Trust by design

No collection before ethics approval. Every participant gives informed consent that says plainly what happens to their sample and data.

Research-ready data

Samples linked to coded clinical information, so researchers can ask meaningful questions without exposing identities.

Built for research sponsors

What a pharmaceutical or research partner gets

A biobank is judged on provenance, consent and quality, not only on numbers. We are building BioVault around what sponsors check.

Cohorts designed with you

Prospective, disease-specific or population cohorts, defined with your scientific team and your protocol.

Quality at the bench

Controlled preparation and cold storage, with every aliquot coded and tracked from collection to release.

Privacy and consent you can defend

Coded data, separated identities, consent that covers the intended use, and a clear withdrawal process.

Documents before the first sample

Before any collection starts, sponsors receive a due-diligence pack: approvals, consent forms, procedures and data-protection terms.

How a sample moves

Traceable at every step

Every sample carries a code from consent to storage. Identities are held separately.

ConsentInformed, in the participant's language
CollectionTrained team, approved protocol
PreparationSeparation, aliquoting, coding
PreservationFrozen at -20°C or -80°C
StorageTracked, monitored, access logged
Governance

The rules we work by

Four commitments that apply to every collection, every sample and every partner.

Ethics approval

No collection begins until a registered ethics committee approves the protocol and consent form.

Cold storage

-80°C and -20°C storage with backed-up power and a sample tracking system.

Monitored storage

Continuous temperature monitoring with alarms is part of our storage standard.

ISO 20387

Quality systems built to the international biobanking standard.
