Working with pharmaceutical and research sponsors
How an engagement with BioVault runs, what we need from you, and what you can expect from us.
A collection partner who has done this before
Experience in the field
More than 25,000 samples collected across India as a sublet collection partner for research biobanks and sponsors.
Compliance-first
Ethics approval, consent and data protection come before collection, not after.

A laboratory behind us

Biobank supply
Release of consented, coded samples and data from BioVault to approved projects, under material and data transfer agreements.
Data-linked collection
Samples with structured clinical annotation, coded and quality-checked, as defined with your scientific team.

Straight answers
Do you hold samples today?
BioVault's own collection begins only after ethics approval. Our 25,000+ sample experience comes from collection as a sublet partner for sponsors, whose samples and data remain theirs.
Can you work under our protocol and ethics approval?
Yes, as a collection site, provided your approval names IntenCiv as a site and the consent form and protocol versions are shared with us in writing.
Can samples or data go outside India?
Only where the consent and ethics approval permit it, and the required government permissions are in place. We will tell you at scoping what that involves.
How do you handle consent for commercial use?
The consent form must say clearly what commercial or third-party use is allowed, and sponsors must work within it. We will not release samples or data beyond what the consent covers.
How do you protect participant privacy?
Samples and data carry codes, identities are held separately with logged access, and patient information is never entered into public AI tools. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Are you accredited?
BioVault's quality systems are built to ISO 20387, the international biobanking standard. We will state accreditation on this site once it is granted.
What happens if the protocol or consent form changes?
Every change carries a version number, the ethics committee's approval and an effective date, with a transition plan for participants already enrolled.
